Property managers bring their channels, messages and reviews into one place, use smarter pricing and messaging to get more bookings, and automate tasks. Hostaway is an Elite Partner with Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. The program is open to anyone with a relevant audience in vacation rentals, property management or SaaS, and you do not need to be a Hostaway customer.

Commissions are paid monthly in arrears for up to 12 months, starting the month after the referral's first successful payment, and are subject to manual review and approval by Hostaway. Other payment methods may be available depending on your region.

Rules before you promote
How the commission works
20% of Hostaway's net revenue from each qualified referral, paid monthly for the first 12 months while the customer stays active. Net revenue excludes add-ons, setup or onboarding fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, payment processing fees, credits and discounts. The referred customer must be new to Hostaway, sign up through your link and pay all required fees; commissions on customers who downgrade, cancel, fail to pay or are refunded can be withheld or reversed.
- No self-referrals, fake accounts, tampering with tracking or false information
- No bidding on or using "Hostaway" or similar variations in paid search or social media advertising or in domain names
- No sharing promo codes on coupon or discount directories, or distributing them through third parties, without Hostaway's written consent
- No misrepresenting your relationship with Hostaway or suggesting official partnership status
- No claiming referrals for customers already engaged with Hostaway
