## Terms

Commission: 20% recurring for 12 months
Commission conditions: 20% of Hostaway's net revenue from each qualified referral, paid monthly for the first 12 months while the customer stays active. Net revenue excludes add-ons, setup or onboarding fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, payment processing fees, credits and discounts. The referred customer must be new to Hostaway, sign up through your link and pay all required fees; commissions on customers who downgrade, cancel, fail to pay or are refunded can be withheld or reversed.
