Rules before you promote
How the commission works
15% of a qualified referral's payments, excluding discounts, during their first calendar year of using Fluix. Qualified referrals are new to Fluix, not already in talks with Fluix, buy a subscription without any incentive from the partner and make at least one payment. Partners can give up part of their fee to request an extra discount for a referral.
- No associating Fluix marketing materials with unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable content
- No spamming or other mass electronic communications prohibited by law
- Use Fluix marks only in the approved form, without modifying them, and follow Fluix's instructions on marketing materials
- No monetary or other incentives to referrals for buying a subscription
- No contesting Fluix's intellectual property or registering similar trademarks, names or domains
- No disparaging remarks about Fluix or its representatives, during or after the agreement
- No hiring or soliciting Fluix employees during the agreement and for one year after
