• Do not obscure or misuse referral links, stuff cookies or misattribute clicks.
• Do not bid on the company's brand names or trademarks.
• Do not use framing, cloaking or misleading practices.
• Do not offer incentives unless permitted in the Partner Dashboard.
• Do not imply endorsement or authority to bind the company.
• Do not market restricted use cases under the company policies.
• Do not violate anti-bribery, anti-corruption or sanctions laws.
• Do not register domains or social handles containing the company's marks.
• Include accurate sender information and unsubscribe mechanisms in emails.
• Protect confidential information and use it only for the program.
• Do not assign or transfer the agreement without prior written consent.
• Comply with export controls and sanctions; do not participate while restricted or located in an embargoed jurisdiction.
• On termination, remove partner links, stop using marks and delete or disable promotional content.
