• No "Click for Deal / Coupon" text (or variations) when no coupon or deal exists
• No self-referrals through your own affiliate link
• No Bonsai trademarks, names or misspellings in your domain, subdomain, or a social media page name or username
• No content that leads people to believe your site, account or post is Bonsai's or directly related to it
• No ads that hide or misrepresent your identity, domain name or return email address
• No content involving gambling, adult material, unrated content, sensitive social topics, discrimination by age, race, sex, religion, nationality, disability or sexual orientation, tragedy and conflict, or violence, and nothing unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or objectionable
• No unsolicited commercial email, no posts to non-commercial newsgroups and no cross-posting to several newsgroups at once; email only people who already subscribe to or buy from you, with a way to opt out
• No material on your site that infringes, or helps others infringe, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights
• Always present yourself and your sites as independent from Bonsai
• No interstitials, parasiteware or parasitic marketing, shopping assistance apps, toolbars or add-ons, shopping wallets, or deceptive pop-ups and pop-unders from the referral click until the visitor leaves Bonsai's site
• Disclose that you are compensated for the content, as the FTC requires
