Weav is an AI customer support platform. Its AI agents learn a business from its website and docs and resolve routine customer questions around the clock, alongside an inbox, chatbots, an Ask Weav assistant, training tools and reporting. Paid ads need written approval and brand keyword bidding is not allowed.

Each commission stays pending for 30 days after the customer's payment clears, then locks and is paid in the monthly payout about 15 days after the end of the calendar month, via Stripe or PayPal. Balances under $50 roll over to the next month, and tax, identity and sanctions checks must be completed first.

Rules before you promote
How the commission works
30% of the net platform or subscription fees a referred customer actually pays, for 24 months from their first qualifying payment. A referral qualifies only when the customer becomes a paying subscriber and the payment clears; add-ons, usage overages, one-time fees and taxes earn nothing. A $50 bonus is paid when a partner you refer earns at least $400 in commissions.
- Direct competitors, or anyone acting for a competitor, cannot join without prior written approval
- No self-referrals, duplicate accounts or other attempts to create referral credit artificially (agency partners approved in writing may earn on accounts they manage)
- No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, fake traffic, attribution manipulation or impersonation
- No paid advertising of any kind (search, social, display, sponsored or native) without prior written approval
- No bidding on or targeting Weav's name, product names, trademarks, misspellings or confusingly similar terms
- No coupon, deal, cashback, loyalty or discount-extension services without prior written approval
- No spam, purchased lists, scraped contacts, bots, automated bulk messages or unsolicited outreach
- No false, misleading, exaggerated or unsupported claims, and no implying you are an employee, agent or official representative
- No domains, subdomains, social handles, business or app names that include the Weav name, and no sites that look official
- The relationship must be disclosed clearly wherever you promote, consistent with the FTC Endorsement Guides
- No override or downstream commissions on sub-affiliates, apart from the partner-referral bonus
