What Signaturely does
Signaturely is electronic signature software. You upload a document or start from a template, send it to one or multiple signers, and each signer gets an email link to add signatures, initials, dates, text boxes and checkboxes. Unsigned documents trigger automatic reminders, and signed paperwork is stored in one place. Bidding on Signaturely brand keywords in paid ads is not allowed.

Payments are processed once per month via PayPal once the balance reaches the $50 minimum; affiliates need a valid PayPal account. Payout disputes must be raised with Signaturely support within 30 days of the transaction.
FirstPromoter is affiliate software rather than a marketplace. Brands run their own programs on it, so there is no directory to browse — you join through the brand.

How the commission works
25% recurring commission on each referred person who becomes a paying customer, for as long as the customer keeps an active subscription. There is no limit on total commissions.
- No bidding on branded keywords such as "Signaturely" or variations in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads or any other paid advertising platform
- No Signaturely branding, logos or similar elements in paid ads, and no direct linking to Signaturely's website through paid ads
- No appearing as Signaturely or acting as an official representative
- No false claims about Signaturely's features, pricing or promotions
- No spammy, misleading or deceptive advertising, including fake customer reviews
- No unauthorized discounts or misleading coupon codes
- No self-referrals or signing up under your own affiliate link
- No fraudulent or unnatural traffic, cookie stuffing or multiple accounts
