- No use of the term OptiMonk, its variations, misspellings or trademark elements in search ads, as a keyword or in any advertising display; customers won that way earn no commission
- No unethical, false, hateful, violent, discriminatory, deceptive or manipulative content, or content that harms OptiMonk's reputation
- Partners must use the OptiMonk platform to serve their own clients and keep unauthorized people out of the admin interface
