- No misrepresenting your relationship with Okara or implying you are an employee, representative or official account
- No violating the terms, advertising policies or community guidelines of any platform used for promotion
- No fake testimonials, reviews, endorsements or user experiences
- No impersonating Okara employees, representatives or official accounts
- No using Okara branding, trademarks, logos or brand assets in a way that could suggest an official relationship without permission
- No brand bidding on Okara, Okara AI, Okara CMO, misspellings or variations, or other terms Okara identifies as protected
- Paid advertising only where Okara expressly allows it; ads may not impersonate Okara, appear to be run by Okara, make misleading claims, use deceptive landing pages or redirects, or interfere with Okara's own paid search
- No deceptive redirects, hidden links, forced clicks or other methods that manipulate affiliate tracking
- No promoting Okara on websites, apps, communities or channels that violate applicable laws or regulations
- No promoting Okara on websites, apps, communities or channels that promote illegal activities
- No promoting Okara on websites, apps, communities or channels that contain adult, pornographic or explicit material
- No promoting Okara on websites, apps, communities or channels that promote hate speech, discrimination or harassment
- No promoting Okara on websites, apps, communities or channels that promote violence or harmful content

- No incentivized signups unless Okara expressly approves them
- No click injection, credit card fraud, chargeback abuse, device farms or emulator traffic
- No traffic or attribution manipulation, or any other activity designed to artificially generate commissions
- No modifying Okara's trademarks or logos in a misleading way
- No registering domains, social media accounts or other properties that incorporate Okara's trademarks without permission
- No using Okara's intellectual property for purposes unrelated to the affiliate program, and no marketing materials that could cause confusion about an official relationship
