The affiliate page says payments are processed around the first of each month after a 30-day hold, so a month's earnings arrive on the first of the month after next. The affiliate agreement adds that commissions are paid once a month and only for referred accounts that stay active for at least 37 days. Payout methods and a minimum are not published.
