The affiliate page sets a $200 minimum balance for payout, while the affiliate terms say commissions are paid once $200 accumulates or once a month. Only completed transactions on accounts that stay active for at least 31 days are paid.

How the commission works
The affiliate page offers 20% of the referred customer's monthly revenue for up to 3 years, plus a $25 sign-up bonus and $25 for every 10 customers referred on Sales Engagement and Conversation Intelligence plans. The affiliate terms limit commission to one per referral, on the first order only. The referred account must stay active for at least 31 days; Call and Email/Phone credit add-ons, Black Friday or other deals, refunds and chargebacks do not earn commission.

- No inappropriate advertising such as false claims or misleading hyperlinks
- No spamming, such as mass email or mass newsgroup posting
- No advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities
- Disclose the affiliate relationship wherever FTC endorsement rules or state laws require it
- No violating intellectual property rights; Klenty may require a license to use its trademarks
- No rebates, coupons or kick-backs from your commission as an incentive; adding your own bonuses or bundles is allowed
- Coupons only when Klenty has pre-approved or assigned you a branded coupon
- No misleading text on links, buttons or images implying deals that are not authorized for you
- No bidding on Klenty Coupons, Klenty Discounts or phrases implying coupons are available
- No pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames or other actions that set affiliate cookies without a clear click on a specific coupon or deal
- No "Click for Deal/Coupon" style text when no coupon or deal exists
- No PPC bidding at all, including campaigns on or with the Klenty brand name
- No fraudulent transactions
