How the commission works
Applies to users purchasing an Infinity plan through the affiliate link. Refunded purchases do not qualify.
- When using Infinity, do not access, alter or use non-public parts of its systems.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt Infinity's Services.
- Do not resell, rent or sublicense Infinity software without express permission.
- Do not infringe the intellectual property rights of Infinity or third parties when using Infinity.
- Do not probe, scan or test Infinity systems or networks for vulnerabilities, or bypass security measures.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble software used to provide Infinity's Services.
- Do not plant malware or distribute malicious software through Infinity.
- Non-Agency Plan users may not resell or transfer Infinity software, in whole or in part.
- Do not attempt these prohibited uses of Infinity or help others perform them.
- Agency Plan and White Label users must not resell Infinity as a standalone work-management product; the standard Agency Plan requires a broader service package with added value.
- Agency Plan users must not undercut Infinity's standard prices or create pricing arbitrage without substantial added service value.
- Agency Plan users must not offer lifetime or one-time-payment access deals for Infinity, including unlimited access for a one-time payment.
- Agency Plan users must not host large numbers of free users without charging for services that include Infinity as added value; mass free access without valid business justification may end the account.
- Agency Plan and White Label users must not copy or replicate Infinity to build or offer a competing platform or service.
- Agency Plan accounts, licenses and services must not be transferred or resold to third parties without Infinity's prior written consent.
- Agency Plan users must comply with privacy laws for client data, maintain security safeguards and notify Infinity immediately of a security breach or data vulnerability and mitigate the related risks.
- Agency Plan users are responsible for ensuring their onboarded clients comply with Infinity's terms.
