Commission remains pending for 30 days from the confirmed invoice payment to allow review of refunds, disputes and invalid referrals. At least £25 in available live commission is needed to request a payout. Only one request may await review at a time. We aim to review valid requests within 30 days and contact your verified account email to agree an available payout method and verify the recipient. Payouts are arranged manually; requesting a payout or displaying a balance does not send money automatically. No payout method is guaranteed before we agree it with you.

Paid on monthly subscription payments from new customers, including later renewals, for as long as the referred customer keeps an eligible subscription. The basis is the amount actually paid after discounts, excluding VAT, refunds and chargebacks. Free minutes, trials, one-off minute packages and annual plans do not earn commission. A payout can be requested once at least £25 of commission is available.
