The partner invoices Growave once accrued commission reaches $100, and Growave pays by PayPal within 30 days of receiving the invoice; PayPal, transfer and currency conversion fees are borne by the partner.

How the commission works
Agency partner program: 20% of net revenue Growave collects from each referred merchant during the first two years of their paid subscription, excluding taxes, refunds and chargebacks. The merchant must be introduced through the partner's referral link or an email introduction, subscribe to a paid plan within 90 days of the referral and stay a paying customer past the free trial.
- Discounts, extended trials or other incentives for referred merchants must be agreed in writing before publication
- No representations or warranties about Growave's products beyond what is public or approved in writing
- Use Growave's name and logo only for approved partnership marketing; case studies and announcements need prior written approval
- Keep confidential information received from Growave confidential
