Commissions are transferred to the bank account entered at registration. A commission is released once the referred contract is paid and at least 14 days have passed since it was concluded (the statutory cancellation period). The page states the timing two ways: within 30 days after the contract is paid, and at the beginning of the month after both conditions are met. Platinum commissions follow the referred contract's billing, yearly for annual contracts and monthly for monthly ones.

How the commission works
Each product has its own commission in a table on the program page: a fixed euro amount (for example €14.00 one-time on an annual Webhosting Large v2 contract) or a percentage (40% one-time on domains and cloud servers). Gold Partners, the starting level, earn the one-time amount per contract. Platinum Partners also earn the smaller listed amount every time a referred contract renews (for example €7.00 a year on Webhosting Large v2, 15% a year on domains). Platinum needs at least three active contracts within 60 days, after which the fourth contract is a lifetime sale, and at least one new contract every 6 months to keep the status. Products not in the table, including SSL certificates, earn no commission.
- Only products listed in the commission table earn commission; SSL certificates are excluded
