Commissions are paid once the balance reaches $250. The affiliate page offers direct wire transfer for commissions exceeding $1,000 monthly; the affiliate terms set a $1,000 USD minimum for wire transfer or ACH, with its fees borne by the affiliate. The affiliate page says commissions are paid once per month through PayPal; the affiliate terms say payment is issued on request from the affiliate portal and processed on the 1st of the month after the request, and also allow account credit for affiliates who are hosting customers. A payable commission not requested within one year is forfeited.

How the commission works
One-time commission per new hosting customer, by the number of referrals within a calendar month and order maturation: $50 per sale for 1 to 5, $100 for 6 to 10, $150 for 11 to 20 and $200 for 21 or more. New accounts only; no commission on renewals, domain registrations and transfers, or add-ons. A commission qualifies once the new account stays in good standing for 45 days (for the $1 first-month Managed WordPress trial plans, 45 days counted from the start of the second month, 75 days in total), and ChemiCloud may extend this maturation period by up to 90 days for review. Instead of declining a commission, ChemiCloud may offer an alternative CPA, currently $25 per sale.
- No representations, promises, warranties or other statements about ChemiCloud, its website, products or policies beyond what ChemiCloud has expressly approved in writing or provided for that purpose
- No scheme or strategy that artificially inflates earnings or bonuses, such as promoting the cheapest services solely to increase the number of orders
- No misrepresenting the services, including their prices, plans, discounts or functionality
- No warranties, guarantees, incentives, rewards or indemnities except as set out in the ChemiCloud Terms of Service or approved in writing
- No disparaging ChemiCloud, its representatives, the services or the program
- No illegal or spam methods of advertising, and no unsolicited commercial email (SPAM/UBE/UCE)
- No competing or interfering with ChemiCloud's direct advertising: no advertisements targeting or displaying ChemiCloud's trademarks or service marks, and no bids (Pay-per-Click, Pay-per-Impression or other online advertising) on keywords or phrases containing ChemiCloud trademarks, service marks, registered trademarks or registered URLs, or their variations, abbreviations or misspellings
- No traffic through pay-to-read, pay-to-click, banner exchanges, click exchanges, PPC advertising, pop-up/under, press releases or similar methods; referrals must come from original content on your websites, original video on third-party video platforms, or direct professional referrals
- No iframes or other techniques that set the tracking cookie without an actual click-through, and no links initiated automatically without the user clicking
- No link cloaking or masking to promote ChemiCloud on websites or networks not listed in your account
- No ChemiCloud.com, "ChemiCloud", ChemiCloud's logos or trade names, or any variation, abbreviation or misspelling of them, in any URL, domain name, social-media profile or other online or offline presence
- No incentivized programs or business-opportunity sites
- No self-referrals in any fashion, including any operation or website in which you have a controlling, proprietary or equitable interest; a referral paid with a form of payment you control or own is a violation
- No promoting the lowest-tier plans primarily to beginners in training or coaching sessions solely to boost commissions
- ChemiCloud must approve all coupon or review websites before any ChemiCloud affiliate information is advertised on them
- Disclose the financial relationship with ChemiCloud prominently on your websites, as the FTC requires
- No AI-generated reviews, testimonials or recommendations that misrepresent your genuine, verifiable experience with ChemiCloud; any review, testimonial, comparison or benchmark must be based on your actual use of the services and on facts you can reasonably attest to
