Payment is issued within 30 days after the end of the month in which commission was earned. The programme page also names the first working day of each month. Keep payment details current; refund and chargeback commissions are deducted from future earnings.
Tolt is affiliate software rather than a marketplace. Brands run their own programs on it, so there is no directory to browse — you join through the brand.
Rules before you promote
How the commission works
Participants must be at least eighteen and provide accurate registration information. Commission applies to net revenue from new referred customers, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks and credits. It stops after twelve months from the first paid subscription or on cancellation, whichever comes first.
- Employees, contractors and their immediate families may not participate.
- Do not refer yourself, accounts you control, existing users or users already referred by another affiliate.
- Do not make misleading or exaggerated product, feature, pricing or performance claims.
- Do not send unsolicited promotional emails, messages or other communications.
- Do not impersonate official properties through websites, social accounts or advertisements.
- Do not bid on Chatling brand terms, its domain or variations in search ads.
- Do not stuff cookies through hidden frames, forced clicks, pop-ups or other methods without genuine user intent.
- Do not give money or material rewards solely for referral-link clicks or signups.
- Do not distribute coupons, discounts or deals unless the brand explicitly supplies them for affiliate use.
- Do not promote on channels containing illegal, defamatory, pornographic, violent, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable content.
- Do not use the brand in domains or social handles, or imply official endorsement, without written consent.
- Use branding only for programme promotion, follow brand guidelines and do not alter logos or assets.
- Remove promotional materials when the brand requires it.
- Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever you promote or recommend the product.
- Comply with applicable endorsement, privacy and anti-spam laws.
- Do not claim authority to make commitments or warranties on the brand's behalf.
