• Do not purchase through your own affiliate link.
• Do not offer cashback, purchase bonuses or discount claims, except specifically authorized brand coupons.
• Affiliate websites must not contain sexually explicit, obscene or pornographic material.
• Affiliate websites must not contain offensive, profane, hateful, threatening, harmful, defamatory, libelous, harassing or discriminatory material.
• Affiliate websites must not contain graphic violence, including violent game images.
• Do not use affiliate websites to solicit unlawful behavior.
• Do not solicit misleading behavior through invalid or expired offers.
• Do not solicit purchases with cash incentives.
• Obtain necessary intellectual-property clearances for your affiliate website; it must not infringe others' rights.
• Obtain prior written consent for advertising your website with references to CartFlows.
• Use the brand's name only for promotion allowed by the agreement.
• Do not register domains containing or confusingly resembling the brand's name.
• Do not distribute unsolicited bulk email mentioning the brand or its products.
• Cloaked affiliate links that redirect visitors must use 301 redirects.
• PPC bidding requires prior written permission.
• Ensure your referral activities and third parties acting for you comply with applicable laws and orders.
• Do not use deceptive, misleading, illegal, unethical or harmful marketing.
• List only coupons exclusively supplied or assigned to you.
• Do not promote coupon codes found elsewhere online.
• Do not imply unauthorized deals through link text, buttons or images.
• Do not misleadingly imply that coupons are available.
• Do not create content targeting CartFlows coupon, discount or lifetime-deal phrases.
• Keep coupon information current and do not promote expired coupons.
• Do not set cookies through pop-ups, frames or other actions without explicit interest through a clearly labeled offer click; send visitors to the merchant site.
• Show offer details before setting cookies; do not require a click to reveal them.
• Do not use click-for-coupon wording when no offer exists while opening the merchant site or setting cookies.
• Do not use brand coupon, discount, activation, deal or plan-code variants in domains, URLs, page titles or headings.
• Do not use spammy promotion or advertise on low-value sites with auto-generated text, videos or content you did not create.
• Disclose your intended promotion accurately when applying if website eligibility is uncertain.
