Rules before you promote

• No using your own affiliate link for personal purchases or to buy AuthoredUp products for yourself
• Comply with any trade or regulatory requirements that apply to your participation, for example by clearly stating you are an affiliate on any website you own where you make an affiliate link available, and list in the affiliate tool all websites and domains where you intend to use affiliate links
• No buying ads that direct to your sites or through an affiliate link that could compete with AuthoredUp's own advertising, including its branded keywords
• No cookie stuffing or pop-ups; false or misleading links are strictly prohibited
• No masking the referring URL information
• No mechanisms that deliver leads other than through an intended consumer
• No SEO strategies that misrepresent or imply an unapproved relationship with AuthoredUp, including unauthorized promo codes or exclusive promotions; no sourcing leads from compilations of personal data such as phonebooks, no fake redirects or automation devices to generate leads (including robots, iframes or hidden frames), and no incentives to encourage purchases or signups
• Use the AuthoredUp trademark only as provided and only for the program; never in a misleading or disparaging way, in a way that implies endorsement, or with obscene, indecent or unlawful material
• Comply promptly with all opt-out, unsubscribe, do not call and do not send requests
• No deceptive, misleading, illegal or unethical marketing activities
• Do not copy, distribute or create derivative works from AuthoredUp content or products except as authorized in writing; any use of its content must follow its Content Usage Guideline
