Tolt is affiliate software rather than a marketplace. Brands run their own programs on it, so there is no directory to browse — you join through the brand.

Rules before you promote

• Current Apploye employees, contractors and their immediate family members, parties on sanctions or restricted-party lists, and anyone previously removed from the program are not eligible
• One affiliate account per person or entity
• Clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share an affiliate link
• No false, exaggerated or unsubstantiated claims about Apploye, including invented features, incorrect pricing, fabricated testimonials or reviews, guaranteed savings or income claims, or false statements about competitors
• No sub-affiliates and no routing traffic through affiliate aggregators or sub-networks without prior written consent
• No bulk unsolicited email, SMS, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or forum messages, and no posting links in comment sections, unrelated threads or communities where promotion is not allowed
• No bidding on Apploye marks, their misspellings or variations on Google Ads, Bing, Meta or any other ad network, no Apploye marks in ad headlines, ad copy, display URLs or display names, and no direct-linking paid ads to apploye.com; add Apploye marks as negative keywords in automated campaigns
• No domains, subdomains, social handles, app names or pages containing "Apploye" or confusingly similar terms, no cloning or framing the Apploye website, no pages designed to be mistaken for official Apploye properties, and no customer support in Apploye's name
• No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframe or pixel stuffing, typosquatting, adware, toolbars, link-injecting browser extensions, traffic bots, click farms or tampering with tracking parameters
• No posting on coupon, deal or voucher sites, and no presenting an affiliate link as a coupon, discount code or exclusive deal, unless a specific offer is agreed in writing
• No using your own affiliate link to buy a subscription for yourself, your employer, your own company or an account you control, and no routing others' existing purchases through your link
• No rebating or sharing commission with customers, and no cash, gift cards or other inducements for signing up, unless agreed in writing
• No affiliate links alongside adult, hateful, defamatory, harassing, violent or illegal content, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property
• No purchasing leads or contact data for outreach, and no scraped personal data in breach of privacy law
• Do not make representations, warranties, pricing commitments or contractual promises on Apploye's behalf, negotiate contracts, issue quotes, accept payment from prospective customers, or present yourself as an Apploye employee, agent or reseller
• Do not alter, recolour or distort Apploye marks, combine them with other marks, or use them to imply endorsement, employment, ownership or an official partnership beyond an affiliate relationship
• Do not use the aggregate referral statistics in the affiliate platform to identify, contact or re-market to individual customers
• Do not promote Apploye into any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions that would make participation unlawful
