## Terms

Commission: 20% recurring for lifetime
Commission conditions: 20% of the net subscription income from every customer you refer, on every payment they make. The commission is worked out on the price of the email-sending plans; Woodpecker may leave paid add-ons such as warm-up and lead finder out of it. A referral counts once the customer pays for a subscription and stays a customer for at least 30 days. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted.

Payout: USD 100 minimum
Payout conditions: Commissions are reported as due within 30 days of the start of the referred customer's subscription. You request a payout once your balance passes $100, and must do so within 12 months of a commission being calculated. Woodpecker's own panel pays by PayPal by the 20th of the month after the commission month; where a payment processor such as Reditus handles payouts, its terms set the timing and method.
