Commission: 50% one-time
Commission conditions: 50% of each new purchase of a listed WebStarts product: Pro, Pro Plus, Shopping Cart Pro and Pro Plus, Traffic Booster and Plus, Local Listing and Plus, Web Stats and Plus, and Google Listing Express and Plus. The FAQ says you can earn up to $300 per referral. No commission on unauthorized promotions or coupons, chargebacks, refunds or accounts created only to raise commissions.
