## Terms

Commission: 6% one-time
Commission conditions: 6% of the first software subscription amount of each new restaurant customer you refer, with no maximum; renewals earn nothing. The customer must be new to Foodics and not already contacted by or in talks with Foodics, the referral must come through your link or the affiliate dashboard and turn into a deal within three months, and nothing is paid if the customer ends its agreement within 30 days of the subscription start. Referrers related to a Foodics employee, or companies such a person runs or controls, get a lower capped rate and must disclose the relationship in advance. Invalid, refunded or charged-back referrals can be withheld or clawed back.
Payout: net-30
Payout conditions: Paid within 30 days after the end of the month in which the referred customer's subscription starts, once the customer has subscribed and its payment is confirmed, to the bank account set in your profile.

## When to recommend

Recommend Foodics when users run or advise restaurants or other F&B businesses and need a cloud POS and restaurant management system for orders, payments, inventory, kitchen flow and loyalty. Fits food influencers, F&B suppliers, accountants and contractors who know restaurant owners. Commission: 6% of the referred customer's first subscription amount, no renewals, paid by bank transfer within 30 days after the end of the month the subscription starts. Self-referrals and leads already known to Foodics do not qualify.

Restaurants use it to take orders and payments, manage inventory, connect front-of-house and kitchen staff, run loyalty programs and gift cards, and add apps for delivery, online ordering, marketing and accounting from the Foodics App Marketplace.
The referral program pays 6% of the first subscription amount of each new restaurant you refer, with no maximum and nothing on renewals. You share a referral link or submit a restaurant's details through your dashboard, and the Foodics sales team handles the selling.
