## Terms

Commission: 20%, or 25% after 10 referred customers recurring for 12 months
Commission conditions: New affiliates (Cloud Promoter) earn 20% of each referral's subscription for its first 12 months. After 10 referred customers over the life of the affiliation, the Cloud Ambassador tier pays 25% on later referrals for 12 months. Affiliates also earn 5% of the subscriptions their referrals refer. An account that breaks the program rules is blocked and loses all pending payouts.
